CCSi features this high quality Laminate Ply Adhesion Tester for evaluating the ply adhesion of laminate materials such as copper, aluminum, and tin foils which are bonded to a substrate material. This instrument is also useful for comparing the ply adhesion, or bond strength, of laminates made from flexible materials such as cellulose, paper or plastic film. This includes laminates made by various processes: adhesive laminates, extrusion coatings, extrusion laminates and coextrusion. The laminated layers are pulled apart laterally, 90° from vertical. The force transducer has a high resolution, jeweled, analog dial indicator. |
