Specifications

설비나 기계마다 사용중인 오일.윤활유의 고유특성인 수분화/금속성마모입자양/산화도의 허용치를 계측기에 설정하여, 사용유의 O.K./NOT  O.K.의 결과를 간편히 측정.  

계측기의 상단에 있는 것이 PREDICT사가 개발한 특수센서로, 4개의 주파수로 비사용유와 사용유의 변화치를

센서에 얹어서 측정함.  따로 시료가 필요없이, 평범한 클리닝 키트로 닦아 내어, 장기간 센서를 사용함으로, 다른 휴대용

오일 분석기가 여러 가지 시료를 사용하는 방식을 사용함으로서 계측기 구매후, 시료 구매비용에 어려움을 겪을 필요가

없는 경제적인 계측기임.

Contaminant Sensitivity *

수분화/자성마모입자/산화도의 변화를 아래와 같은 기준치로 센서에 설정하고, 아래 값보다 낮은 변화 수치는

"OK" 에 의해 계속 사용가능을 알리고, 변화치가 아래 값보다 높으면, "OUT OF LIMITS"에 의해 다시 정밀 검사하여야 함.

 정밀유 혹은 거칠게 사용가능한 오일의 경우  설정치를 기준에 맞게 변경 시켜줄 수 있다.

   100 ppm or higher (Karl Fischer coulometric)

-  Wear Metals:
   120 ppm or higher (RDE Spectrometer)

-  Detects changes in the lubricant attributed to 7AU of oxidation or higher    (FTIR spectrometer    transmission cell)

Lubricant Applicability

*  Sensitivity levels were established by comparing PredictNAVIGATOR results to recognized laboratory testing methods.  PredictNAVIGATOR is a qualitative comparison trending device, not a quantitative measurement unit.  Although, PredictNAVIGATOR's measurement results can correlate to various associated levels of particular contaminants, it should be used as a screening tool not as a replacement for professional laboratory analysis.
