| Á¦Ç°Á¤º¸ | The FRT MicroSpy® is a new patented measuring instrument for the optical investigation of roughness and defects on surfaces. A sensor takes an angle-resolved measurement of the diffused light, which shows a characteristic distribution resulting from the roughness or defects on the surface. The affiliated computer evaluates the data, classifies the sample as of good or faulty quality by comparing it to parts previously measured and finally selects the faulty samples. | |||

Principle: By illuminating the surface, the light is diffused in different directions because of the roughness or defects on the surface. With around 500 detectors operating simultaneously, the FRT MicroSpy® carries out an angle-resolved analysis of the diffused light and evaluates the light distribution. |
