Designed for testing fasteners used in construction, roofing, and other industrial applications. It is specifically engineered for pullout strength tests and non-destructive testing of welded, staked, threaded, epoxied and power-driven fasteners. A wide 8.25¡± diameter frame is designed to accommodate lightweight fasteners up to 3.5¡± diameter as well as the wide range of traditional fasteners used in the roofing industry. An option narrow 6¡± diameter frame is ideal for testing in tight and confining spaces (hand operated only). These testers are available as hand operated analog (301 Series), hand operated digital (341 Series) and patented battery-operated motorized digital (381 Series). All include calibration certificates to ASTM standards, traceable to NIST. All are rugged and durable construction and come with a two-year guarantee (hand operated only). Com-Ten¡¯s Deluxe Fastener Tester Kits provide you with everything needed for easy, accurate testing of fasteners or foam. They include an analog or digital tester with easy-to-use single arm crank, custom backpack for transport and storage, and fastener or foam fixtures. Com-Ten Industries patented Foam Compression Fixture, FCF 0400, is specially designed for testing spray applied polyurethane foam (SPF) samples on-site at the point of application. With traditional methods, samples must be sprayed on-site and then forwarded to a laboratory at a remote location for testing.
