Features

2. XYZ축 정밀제어스탠드를 공급하여 1~450배등의 배율을 Z축으로 실체현미경과 같이 초정밀제어하여

정확한 이미지 측정가능. XY축 정밀이동에 의하여 측정대상물의 측정부위에 대하여 이미지 측정분석이

매우 간편.

7. Three Diffusion Filter-표면의 다양한 조건에 따라 3종류의 필터를 이용하여, 검사표면의 이미지나 조직을

정확히 분석하며, Black & White Stage를 제공하여, 재질에 따라 검정색 혹은 흰색

stage위에 시편을 올려놓고, 더 정확히 관측한다.

8. 검사 표면의 정밀 측정을 원하실 경우, 옵션으로 HW-XYS Stages(stroke: ±37mm on X-Y axis)

와 HW-25(Stand with Digital Head X-Y stage, Measuring Range: within 25mm on X-Y axis

Stand를 정밀히 이동 가능하게 한다.

최대 25mm X & Y 축방향으로 이송 가능.

Method of Measurement

Calibration line is set the PC to the edge of thesubject.

The Micrometer heads is set to zero. The stage is moved by turning the micrometer head

over the distance to be measured. The measurement value is indicated in the micrometer head.
