PULL-OFF Adhesion Tester

기존의 Pull off타입 접착력측정기는 시험대상물의 표면의 형태에 따라 압력분포가 산만

하거나, 편중되는 경향이 자주 발생하여, 데이터 재현성이 매우 떨어지나,

DFD사의 신기술로 이러한 문제를 제거한 신개념의 측정기입니다.

아래 크게 두가지 타입의 측정기와 접착력 용량에 따른 세부 모델이 있습니다.

Manual Testing Models

manual model은 아래에 목록에 나열 된것과 같습니다. 장비의 선택은 코팅의 종류, 시험의 회수, 시험 절차 방법과 같은 몇몇 사용 환경에 따라 사용자가 고르실 수 있습니다. 모든 아래에 목록에 나열된 장비는 ISO 4624, ASTM D 4541, EN 1542 그리고 ASTM C633을 따릅니다.

PAThandy/1kN, The 2.3mm / 4mm / 5.3mm dollies are used with the 1kN micro adhesion testing head.

PAT handy 6.3kN A brand new model, a small, palm-held adhesion tester made of light alloy metals (1.25kg), designed for easy hand luggage transportation for inaccessible site testing. It is important to note that the model has retained the powerful 6.3kN testing head to give this model the same testing abilities as the model GM01/6.3kN adhesion tester.
PAT model GM01/6.3kN The most popular adhesion-testing model. A robust, versatile adhesion tester for paints, metal coatings, thin films, ceramics and other types of coatings.
PAT model GM04/20kN A lightweight but powerful pull adhesion tester with a 20 kN testing head sufficient to test most concrete surfaces using a Ø50mm test element. Max range is 10 MPa (N/mm2) /1450 psi.
PAT model GM04/40kN The most powerful manual pull adhesion tester in the range with a 40 kN testing with a threaded connection between testing head and test element. This model can pull up to 20 MPa/2900 psi using a? 0mm test element. Suitable for testing of strong concrete surfaces, road and bridge materials, etc.

Automatic adhesion testing models

Automatic model도 사용자가 사용 환경등에 따라 선택 할 수 있으며, 컴퓨터 제어 방식으로 Maunal Type에 할수 없는 일정한 압력의 증가를 통한 실험 등 프로그램을 통한 실험 환경 제어 기능이 탁월합니다.

PAT model AT101E/0.25kN
A variation of the 1kN micro tester above where the maximum total force has been reduced to 250N (approx. 25kg). This model is for testing of fragile material with small test elements.

PAT model AT101E/1.0kN
A specialist model for testing of very small components or testing where only a very low total force can be applied. The 2.3mm / 4mm / 5.3mm dollies are used with the 1kN micro adhesion testing head.

PAT model AT101E/6.3kN
The most popular, general-purpose adhesion tester for the majority of coatings including paints, thermal sprayed coatings, thin films, etc.

PAT model AT101E/20kN
A more powerful model designed primarily for testing of concrete, surface rendering, screeds, concrete repair materials, tile adhesives and other cementitious materials.

PAT model AT101E/40kN
A powerful automatic tensile adhesion tester mainly used in two areas:

Testing of thermal sprayed coatings using a Ø25mm test element; and

Tensile pull testing of strong concrete materials with the Ø50mm or Ø70.7mm test element.

PAT model AT101E/80kN
The most powerful pull-off adhesion tester in the PAT range. 8 tons of pull force is at your disposal for testing of the strongest thermal sprayed coatings.
